This is the story of three older gentlemen, each a little quirky, who share a house together in what could be a community of retired persons. Neighbors are neighborly, but nosy. These three men happen to have a fourth room available. When the ad they placed brings a woman into the picture, life for these elderly bachelors is thrown out of sync.
This comedy is sure to be as much fun for the actors as it will be for the audience. Roles for 3 men and 4 women. As audition times will run from 6:30 - 8:00 on February 22-24, an afternoon nap is advised.
Performance Dates:
April 13-18
Rehearsals begin March 1

While York is currently doing well on keeping the levels of Covid-19 at a manageable level in our community. This could change quickly. What rehearsals or performances will look like will change accordingly.
We are using Zoom to do virtual rehearsals, and also to include actors who become ill or have been exposed in the in-person rehearsals without running the risk of them being present. We’re doing everything we can to make this as safe an activity as we can, but are dependent upon our actors to be aware and not participate in higher risk activities outside of rehearsals. This includes asking our actors to wear masks in their own lives to help decrease the risk of exposure.
We understand that not everyone agrees with all public health regulations and recommendations. However, our business, our art, our theatre is dependent on low levels of Covid-19 in our community and our ability to prevent spread at our rehearsals and performances. If you plan to audition, please plan to keep your exposure risk low during the rehearsal process and the show.

Ruth, a young girl with big dreams, wishes to join the Round Table with King Arthur and Queen Guinevere. Her performance, while entertaining, is viewed as child’s play by the knights. Frustrated, she rushes off to find her own land to rule, but is met with danger along the way. Will this fiesty young girl be able to fight off evil with the help of her forest friends? Or will her own pride get in the way?
